Jelly Beans is a social guessing game inspired by the classic game: "How many jelly beans are in the jar?"

1. We prompt players with a question about a future onchain outcome (e.g. How many ENS names will be registered tomorrow?)
2. Players submit predictions to the question with the goal of guessing as close as possible without going over
3. The submission period ends and the onchain outcome occurs
4. The 100 guesses closest to the answer without going over win OP!
